To provide the best service for all our clients, we have implemented a cancellation policy.

• 24-hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

• No Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is free if done more than 24 hours before the appointment.
